Paul Young has been a member of the firm since 1984 and was the firm’s Managing Partner from 2010 - 2017.
Paul represents employers in all areas of labour and employment law with particular emphasis on collective bargaining, grievance arbitration and human rights.
Paul has extensive experience representing employers in both the broader public sector and the private sector in collective bargaining negotiations as well as advising employers on a broad range of labour and employment issues, grievance and interest arbitration including management/union relations, wrongful dismissal, human rights, employment contracts, employment standards, and attendance and disability management.
Paul represents broader public service employers (Children’s Aid, Community Living Associations), as well as automobile parts manufacturing, trucking, food and dairy production.
