Executive Summary

Diane is a partner of the firm and practices in all areas of employment and labour law on behalf of employers.  Recognized as a leading lawyer in labour, construction labour and workplace human rights, Diane advises clients on all workplace matters, including labour relations, human rights accommodation, and health and safety.  Diane advocates for her clients in employment or labour-related proceedings, including before arbitrators, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, Ontario Superior Court of Justice and Ontario Court of Justice, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal. 

Diane is a past Vice President and Board Member of the Canadian Association of Women in Construction and a past Board Member of the Ontario Electrical League.  Diane is also an active member of the Portuguese community in Toronto.
