Executive Summary
Farzad is the Firm’s Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for the Firm’s day-to-day operations and implementation of the Firm’s business strategy.
With over 20 years of experience leading strategic initiatives and operations teams, Farzad brings a wealth of operational and execution excellence to the Firm. Farzad’s experience includes more than a decade of management and leadership at full-service and boutique law firms. His expertise ranges across various operational initiatives, including finance, technology, organizational structure & change management, executive decision-making, project delivery, corporate real estate, workplace design & build, business operations realignment, and business process development & optimization.
Farzad holds a Bachelor of Mathematics degree in Computer Science from University of Waterloo and a Master of Management Science from University of Waterloo. After graduating from the University of Waterloo, Farzad joined a global technology company where his leadership skills and values were inspired and shaped. From there, Farzad started his consulting practice and advised major Canadian banks, telcos, and legal firms.
Farzad is a member of Project Management Institute, he holds a Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification, and he is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM®) from the Scrum Alliance. Farzad regularly mentors young professionals and new Canadians in project management and career development. He is also frequently invited to speak as a guest lecturer at project management training courses.
