Executive Summary
Nikki is an associate lawyer based in the Toronto office. Nikki previously completed a summer term and her articles with the Firm.
Nikki practices in all areas of management-side labour and employment law, including human rights, labour relations and collective bargaining, occupational health and safety, employment contracts, and workplace investigations. Nikki has represented and advised employers across a wide range of industries in both the private and public sectors.
Nikki maintains a particular interest in the area of workers’ compensation law and has experience assisting employers in claims management and appeals before the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board. Nikki also serves as a Member-at-Large on the Ontario Bar Association’s Worker’s Compensation Section Executive.
Nikki graduated with a Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa. Nikki has a keen interest in advocacy, and participated in moot court and negotiation competitions in law school. She was also a Teaching Assistant for the Alternative Dispute Resolution course. Concurrent with her studies, Nikki worked as a research student at a management-side labour and employment firm in Ottawa.
